Tarlac State University welcomed more board passers for 2021 amidst restrictions due to the pandemic.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the licensure examination results for Electronics Engineer and Electronics Technician on November 4, while the Chemist and Chemical Technician board exam results were issued on November 6.
For the Electronics Engineer board exam, TSU posted a 54.55% passing rate for its first-time takers over the 46.71% overall passing rate. Moreover, the institutional passing rate of 53.85% is also above the 47.88 national passing percentage.
Meanwhile, the university received 83.33% as institutional passing rate for Electronics Technician against the national passing rate of 75.77%.
The university also produced three new chemists and 18 new chemical technicians in the 2021 Chemist Licensure Examination.
