- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management or Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
- With 600 to 800 on the job training hours in hotel and restaurant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention and with a personalized approach
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Monitor daily performance of front office team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
- Monitor and control overtime.
- Maintain adequate front office supplies.
- Ensure supply purchases are cost efficient and within the budget
- Review and approve supply receipts in conjunction with finance team members.
- Identify and recommend solutions to front office team members and office issues or problems.
- Ensure high quality care for hotel guests by reviewing.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
- Develop quality relationships with guests to create “raving fans”.
- Is proactive, anticipates guests needs and looks for suitable solutions
- Conveys the hotel image and promotes company’s loyalty program.
- Handles any guest requests and complaints that have not been settled by team members and provides a rapid solution
- Oversee front office collections of co-pays and fees.
- Trains, coaches, and motivates team members.
- Actively contributes to the qualitative and quantitative targets of the department.
- Report to the general manager about issues and concerns about front office operations in daily basis.
- Assist with interviews.
- May do other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the general manager.
