- Graduate of Bachelor of Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, or any other related course
- Preferably with experience in writing technical papers/ narrative reports
- With training relevant to the job; Computer literate
- Preferably with Civil Service Eligibility
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical knowledge and skills in areas such as public administration, management, policy analysis, and program administration
- Assist in conducting baseline analysis/assessment regarding the needs and challenges of the policymakers, LGUs, rank-and-file employees, CSOs, and private institutions and policy analysis of the plans and programs of the LGUs
- Assist in the preparation of PPAs regarding capacity development and other department-related activities for target beneficiaries
- Offer technical guidance and training to LGU and stakeholders
- Support the department head in coordinating with colleges and providing technical assistance for capacity development, consultancy, and other services to partner beneficiaries
- Assist in the development of innovative approaches and solutions to address governance challenges and promote sustainable development
