Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the unit heads in all necessary procedures and processes
- Assist in producing promotional materials such as brochures, etc.
- Assist in the official communication spearheaded by the unit heads and the director by drafting and reviewing all communication letters
- Document minutes of the meeting
- Assist in the drafting and updating of MOA/MOU, contracts, and CSW
- Mediate, host, and facilitate meetings and webinars if necessary
- Update and take charge of the office’s day-to-day schedule
- Assist in drafting the proposals and other documents to be submitted by CHED
- Assist in the documentation for relevant accreditation such as QS Impact Rating and ISO
- Review endorsements from the Office of the University President and assist in creating action plans and cascading tasks and projects to the unit heads
- Assist in updating all social media platforms in engaging wider audiences and establishing a vityual network
- Peruse incoming official communications and correspondences of the OIAL and relay to concerned units
- Perform other tasks assigned by the OIAL Director and other proper authorities
