1st Regional Research Conference
The 1st Regional Research Conference was held on October 4-5, 2018 at the Tarlac State University. The invited plenary speakers were Dr. Tirso Ronquillo, Philippine Association of State University and Colleges (PASUC) President and President of Batangas State University and Dr. Caridad Oli Abuan, Regional Director of Commission on Higher Education Office (CHEDRO III). The conference was attended by a total of 40 research paper presenters and 49 participants from different state universities in Region 3.
