3-in-1 Event
A 3-in-1 event was held on July 4, 2018 which consist of launching of e- vehicle in the Tarlac State University. The e- trike is a project headed by by the University Research Director, Dr. Leo P. Piao in collaboration with Prof. Rodel Botio. The E- trike was officially launched by Dr. Julius Caesar V. Sicat together with Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari. After launching the E- vehicle, Dr. Sicat turned over the DOST STARBOOKS to the TSU Library. STARBOOKS or the Science & Technology Academic and Research‐Based Openly‐ Operated Kiosks intends to serve as information access portals in key areas in the Philippines. The third part and the highlight of the event was the crafting of the TSU Research Agenda for 2018- 2022 led by the resource speaker, Dr. Julius Caesar V. Sicat. Dr. Sicat discussed the trends in DOST funded researches. The crafting of the research agenda was attended by various stakeholders of the TSU.
