The Tarlac State University Hotel, announces an employment opportunity for One (1) Contractual Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III), SG 6 with the following qualifications:
- BS Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate
- With one year hotel experience
- With pleasing personality and of good moral character
Terms of Reference
- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms, presents options and alternatives to guest and offers assistance in making choices.
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping staff and requests for maintenance and repair work.
- Maintains guest room key storage, and access to safe deposit boxes.
- Keeps tracks of guest accounts, process guest check-outs, and performs cashier related functions.
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager.
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures, and awareness of accident prevention policies.
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
- Performs other related duties as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor.
