Training of Trainers on Community Development
The objectives of the training are to get familiarized and assess their process skills and core knowledge areas on community development works, to share and appreciate their understanding of community development concept and approaches, and put into practice the good practice tools on community development. The elicit personal commitments and engagement of the service providers to sustain the UESO’s extension service development momentum in alignment with CHED Mandate on SUC’s Extension Services, Program Based Extension Project Requirement, and Center for Development Requirement. The aforementioned objectives supported the creation of re-entry plan of activities to cascade knowledge and skills to Program Extension Chairpersons (PECs) and Community Development Service Providers in order to effectively propel the Extension Service function of the University.
All staff of the University Extension Services Office attended the 3-day training.
