Mission
The College of Nursing pursues the Mission of the University which states: “The
Tarlac State University is committed to develop, promote and sustain the efficiency
of quality and relevant programs in higher education for people empowerment, professional,
development and global competitiveness.”
Goal
The goal of the college is on the development of the whole person in the service
of man for the greater glory of God, through creating a quality educational experience
and environment that promotes values, professional competence, leadership and social
responsibility.
