The Scholarship Unit under the Office of Student Affairs takes charge of the Scholarship program, study grants and student loan for undergraduate students.

1. STUDY GRANTS
   
   Section 5: Study Grants (full or partial) are awarded to the following subject to approved policies of the university.
   
   
   FULL:
   1. Executive Officers and Board of Director of the Supreme Student Council
   2. Editor-in-Chief of the Official Student Publication
   
   PARTIAL:
   1. ROTC Corps Commander
   2. Associate Editor of the Official Student Publication
   
   Section 1: All recipients of study grants shall, as a requirement, pass all the subjects they are enrolled in during the period that they enjoy the grant.
   
   Section 2. Study-Grant, consisting of full free tuition fees, shall be granted to unmarried, unemployed and dependent children of permanent employees and faculty members of the TSU.
   
   Section 3. Study-Grant for members of the Student Cultural Group shall be made available subject to institutional policies, rules and regulations approved by the Board of Regents.
   
   Section 4. All recipients of study grants shall, as a requirement, pass all the subjects they are enrolled in during the period that they enjoy the grant.
